Oliver Kempton

Oliver is a Partner and co-founder of Envoy Partnership. He leads the social value, impact evaluation, and training areas of Envoy’s work. Clients draw on Oliver’s extensive expertise in monitoring and evaluation practice, social value strategy, and techniques such as SROI and Social Impact Evaluation. His key work areas include the measurement and valuation of health and well-being, and using evaluation to help enhance decision making and project design.

Oliver is a Social Value UK-accredited trainer and SROI practitioner. He has trained over 1,000 people in social impact evaluation, and sits on the Social Value UK council and methodology committee. He has supported a wide range of organisations to measure their impact and social value.

Oliver is a visiting tutor in social impact evaluation at the Institute for Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is also a governor at a federation of nursery schools in South London.
