Andy is a Partner and co-founder of Envoy Partnership, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (RSA). He holds an Executive MBA (Cranfield University), and a Masters in Built Environment and Sustainable Heritage (UCL’s Bartlett School), accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Andy has pioneered Envoy’s unique methodology to analysing social value and process effectiveness, to guide a diverse range of organisations in evidencing and managing their Impact. He leads Envoy’s work in health care and social prescribing, regeneration and construction, community investment, operational strategies, and procurement. He has sat on steering groups developing innovative models, including West London Clinical Commissioning Group, the Mayor of London, and the UK Green Building Council.

Andy has worked with numerous volunteering and community projects funded by Big Lottery and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and he is a trustee of a disability cycling charity. He provides pro bono impact measurement and management guidance to small charities supporting BAME families and women’s rights.
