Andy co-founded Envoy Partnership in 2011, and offers over 20 years of business and finance analysis consulting and advisory experience. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (RSA) and holds a Masters in Built Environment and Sustainable Heritage (UCL’s Bartlett School), accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also an Associate Member of the Royal Society for Public Health.

Andy has pioneered Envoy’s methodology to analysing social value and process effectiveness, to guide a diverse range of corporate, public, and non-profit organisations in evidencing andmanaging their Impact. He leads Envoy’s work in health care and social prescribing, regeneration and construction, community investment, operational strategies, and procurement. He has sat on steering groups developing innovative models, including NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group, the Mayor of London, and the UK Green Building Council.

Andy has worked with numerous volunteering and community projects funded by Big Lottery and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and he is a trustee of a disability cycling charity. He provides pro bono impact monitoring guidance to small charities supporting BAME families and women’s rights.

Dr. Adam Runacres

Lead Project Manager

Adam is Lead Project Manager at Envoy Partnership, working across all client sectors to ensure efficient and effective project management, team communication and high quality research. With a background in research, evaluation and strategy in the non-profit sector and academia, Adam has worked with NGOs, schools, universities and public organisations in the UK and India to tackle social inequalities, measure and deepen the impact of interventions and amplify the voices of stakeholders. An anthropologist by training, Adam’s key expertise lies in actionable and inclusive research, leveraging ethnographic analysis and cross-cultural communication skills to examine and analyse the impacts of community-based interventions.

Adam is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and former Honorary Research Fellow at UCL. He has disseminated research findings at multi-disciplinary conferences in the UK, USA, France and Singapore and taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in research methods. Prior to joining Envoy, Adam worked with a national social mobility charity, spearheading their research and policy agenda and overseeing a portfolio of projects in impact evaluation, student voice and learning design. In this role, he authored reports on impactful mentoring and the cost of living crisis.

Adam is passionate about centring the voices of stakeholders and tackling inequalities through inclusive and participatory research. He is a member of Social Value UK and Social Value International and equality lead governor at an academy in East London.

Social Impact Project Manager

Nina Sun is Social Impact Project Manager at Envoy Partnership, with over 7 years of experience in academic and applied social research. 

Nina has a rich background in leading and delivering mixed methods research projects to address structural inequalities relating to gender, ethnicity, youth education, and employment, with a strong focus on intersectional approaches to social change. She is proficient in research tools including NVivo, SPSS, and Excel, enabling her to produce robust, evidence-based recommendations for policy and practice.  

Prior to joining Envoy, Nina taught at SOAS and led a high-impact project on youth careers education inequality in a North London borough, authoring a detailed report that directly influenced careers provision in schools and colleges and informed youth employment policy at council level. At Envoy, Nina applies her expertise to manage projects across our communities, local authority, health and social care and built environment sectors. 

Nina is deeply committed to translating robust research into accessible, actionable insights that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful and measurable social impact.

Hannah Barnett

Social Impact Project Manager

Hannah Barnett is a social impact project manager at Envoy Partnership. She holds a BSc in Public Health from the George Washington University and an MSc in Medical Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh. She has extensive experience designing, implementing, analysing, and disseminating mixed-methods research projects to investigate a variety of cross-cutting disciplines, including child welfare, drug use, juvenile justice, and reproductive health.

Hannah has a passion for applying strategic communication strategies to create actionable and accessible findings and drive social change, which she developed through her experience leading technical and research support to the public and private sectors.

Hannah specialises in using qualitative research to conduct in-depth, contextual examinations into the social drivers of health and human behaviour and is committed to incorporating sociocultural perspectives across the entire lifecycle of a research project. At Envoy Partnership, Hannah applies these approaches to health and wellbeing projects for a range of clients.

Madeline Kuntz

Project Consultant

Madeline Kuntz is a Project Consultant at Envoy Partnership. She holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Indiana University and an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Madeline has worked across five continents, conducting research and analysis on international development, cooperative economics, and economic resilience. 

Previously Madeline partnered with the World Social Forum to analyse and present about agricultural cooperatives in Latin America and has contributed to development initiatives through roles with NGOs, government agencies, and research institutions.

Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, Madeline applies her expertise in R, Python, and SQL to evaluate datasets and development outcomes. At Envoy Partnership, she supports organisations in measuring and maximising their social and economic impact, combining data-driven insights with stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful change. She is particularly interested in social economy mapping, inclusive growth, and community-led development strategies.

Senior Associate

Rosie is a senior researcher with over a decade of experience in working with a range of stakeholders including local authorities, NHS organisations, the European Commission and national and local charities. She holds an MSc in Social Policy and Social Research at UCL’s Institute of Education, specialising in the use of qualitative methodologies in policy research, and a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Manchester.

Rosie provides additional expertise in family services, early childhood development provision, and community based wellbeing and psychological support. Her work also focuses on designing, implementing and evaluating innovative social programmes which are based on robust research.

She is a skilled researcher, combining the academic rigour of both qualitative and quantitative approaches with strong design skills to make research appropriate to real life contexts.

Lycia Harper

Senior Associate

Lycia is an organisational development and leadership advisor, a highly-experienced facilitator, systemic coach, and project manager. She works with commercial organisations, civil society organisations and social enterprises to design and implement change programmes, transformational community partnerships, and more sustainable working practices. She is connected to a wide network of people and consultancies who are leaders in their field and bring the highest level of expertise and experience.

Lycia’s practice is based on complexity science combined with systemic constellations, an empirical facilitation practice concerned with how human systems behave, flow and flourish, and how culture change and organisational change evolves in a dynamic context.

Her passion is helping people think and act systemically because she believes it revolutionises the decisions people make and is key to creating a healthier, happier, more equal and sustainable society.

Lycia is a Fellow of the Schumacher Institute, holds an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice, and a member of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners.
